Creating quotations
AI drafts, manual editing, estimates, PDFs, and what Justiqa is meant for.
Justiqa is a free AI quotation tool for freelancers, agencies, consultants, and service businesses that want to send clearer online quotations instead of static PDF quotes.
AI helps you turn rough service details into a more structured quotation. You stay in control of the content, pricing, services, and final wording before sending anything to a client.
Yes. You can write and structure the quotation yourself, use AI assistance where helpful, and add services, optional items, pricing, discounts, VAT, and currency details.
Prepare the client request, the services you plan to offer, any optional add-ons, pricing assumptions, VAT or discount rules, and the decision you want the client to make.

Security and account help
Public quotation links, sensitive information, account deletion, and support.
Yes, quotations currently use public links. Anyone with the quotation URL can view that quotation, so you should avoid adding confidential information. A future privacy feature will let users choose whether a quotation should be public or private.
Avoid passwords, confidential files, sensitive personal data, private access details, or anything that would be harmful if the link were forwarded.
No fixed public limit is currently advertised. The product is designed so you can create the quotations you need for your business.
Yes. Contact us at info@yourclick.ch and we will help you with account deletion. Some quotation or transaction records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
You can contact the Justiqa team through the contact page for support, bug reports, product questions, or feature suggestions.
