Your Click GmbH, based in Zurich, Switzerland, ("we," "us," or "our") operates Justiqa, a free AI quotation tool for creating, sending, tracking, and finalizing online quotations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when you use Justiqa.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and login details. You may also add profile information such as your name, company name, website, LinkedIn URL, and business details used in quotations.

Quotation information: When you create a quotation, we store the content you enter or generate, including titles, descriptions, service items, prices, currencies, VAT, discounts, client names, client email addresses, comments, status changes, acceptance or decline decisions, and finalized PDF records where available.

Temporary GPT handoff drafts: If you ask the Justiqa GPT to create a short editor link, the quotation draft is sent to Justiqa and stored in encrypted form for up to 24 hours. After the link is first opened, the remaining retention period is reduced to no more than one hour. These temporary drafts are not saved to a Justiqa account unless a signed-in user deliberately saves them in the editor.

Client interaction data: We may process information about quotation activity, such as whether a quotation was sent, viewed, accepted, declined, commented on, or followed up with a reminder. This helps users understand the status of their offers.

Support and contact data: If you contact us, report a bug, or request support, we collect the information you provide so we can respond and improve the product.

Technical and analytics data: We may collect device, browser, IP address, usage, cookie, and analytics data, including through Google Analytics or similar tools, to understand how Justiqa is used and to improve reliability, performance, and user experience.

Public Quotation Links

Quotations can use public links or restricted private sharing. Anyone with a public quotation URL can open that quotation. A temporary GPT handoff link can be opened by anyone who possesses its unexpired random token. This means personal data, client details, pricing, scope notes, comments, or business information may be visible to anyone who receives the applicable link.

Do not include confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in a quotation unless you are comfortable with it being accessible through the public quote link. We plan to add controls that let users choose whether a quotation should be public or private in the future.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain Justiqa, create and manage user accounts, generate and display quotations, send quotation-related emails or reminders, record client decisions, create PDFs, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and communicate important service updates.

If you use AI-assisted features, the quotation details you submit for that feature may be processed to create draft wording or structure. You are responsible for reviewing the generated output before sending it to a client.

How We Share Information

With quotation recipients: Quotation content is shared with anyone who has access to the public quotation link.

With service providers: We may use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, product infrastructure, support, security, and AI-assisted functionality. These providers process information only as needed to help us operate Justiqa.

For legal or safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and the service.

Cookies and Analytics

Justiqa may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and product improvement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the service may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Justiqa, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.

You can request account deletion by emailing info@yourclick.ch. Deleting an account may remove access to quotations and related data. Some records may remain where retention is required for security, legal, backup, or operational reasons.

Your Choices and Rights

You can update most account and profile information in Justiqa. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at info@yourclick.ch.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet service, email delivery, public link, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Access and Transfers

Justiqa is available to users globally. Your information may be accessed, stored, or processed in countries other than your own, including countries with different data protection laws.

Children

Justiqa is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Users must be old enough to create a binding account under applicable law.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as Justiqa changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
