These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Justiqa, a free AI quotation tool provided by Your Click GmbH, based in Zurich, Switzerland ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Justiqa, you agree to these Terms.

Who Can Use Justiqa

Justiqa is intended for business use by freelancers, agencies, consultants, and service businesses. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to create a binding account under the laws that apply to you. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Free Service

Justiqa is currently offered for free. We may add, remove, limit, or change features over time. If pricing or paid plans are introduced in the future, we will present those terms before charging users.

Creating and Sending Quotations

You are responsible for the quotations you create, including pricing, descriptions, scope, taxes, discounts, client details, legal wording, and business promises. Justiqa helps you structure and send quotations, but it does not verify that your commercial terms are correct, complete, profitable, legally enforceable, or suitable for your business.

Quotations currently use public links. Anyone with a quotation URL can view that quotation. Do not include confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in a quotation unless you are comfortable with that information being accessible through the public link.

AI-Assisted Content

Justiqa may help generate or improve quotation wording using AI-assisted features. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review and approve all AI-generated content before sending a quotation to a client.

Client Decisions

Justiqa may allow clients to comment, select optional services, accept, or decline a quotation online. Those actions help you manage the quotation process, but the business relationship, final agreement, invoicing, delivery, refunds, taxes, and client communication remain your responsibility.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the quotation content, client information, comments, and business data you add to Justiqa. You grant us permission to host, process, display, transmit, and store that content as needed to provide the service, operate public quotation links, generate PDFs, send reminders, provide support, and improve Justiqa.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Justiqa, including by breaking the law, sending spam, uploading malicious content, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, violating intellectual property rights, impersonating others, or using Justiqa to share unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or highly sensitive information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Justiqa, including how public quotation links work.

Intellectual Property

Justiqa, including its design, software, branding, interface, and product content, is owned by Your Click GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Justiqa for your own business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Justiqa reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, product development, legal reasons, or operational reasons.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk for users or the service, or is used abusively. You may request account deletion by contacting info@yourclick.ch.

Disclaimers and Liability

Justiqa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, lost data, client disputes, incorrect quotations, AI output, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Justiqa.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Your Click GmbH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Justiqa, your quotation content, your client relationships, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer or local laws require otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Justiqa changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Justiqa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
