The Complete Quotation Lifecycle
A structured workflow that takes you from initial request to accepted quotation, with full visibility at every stage.
Refine the Offer
Adjust descriptions, pricing models, tax rates, discounts, and delivery timelines until the offer is complete.
Define Scope Boundaries
Keep essential items mandatory. Add optional extras, single-choice packages or multiple-choice groups. Enable price negotiation only for items you want clients to discuss.
Send the Quotation
Choose Public or Private in the editor, then send the review link. Private quotes use a token-based share link; anyone holding that link can open it.
Client Self-Serves
The client selects available options and sees the updated total. On eligible items, they can suggest a price; you review and accept or decline the request.
Review Responses
Track quotation status, client responses and price requests from your workspace. Accepted negotiations update the relevant item price for that client.
Finalize and Export
After the client accepts, finalize the quotation and generate the PDF for your records and sharing. The final document reflects the agreed scope and prices.
